Choco Mucho Dominates Galeries Tower Highrisers

The Choco Mucho Flying Titans’ redemption run continues weeks after their first loss in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference, this time blowing out the Galeries Tower Highrisers, 25-13, 25-19, 25-17, to start a new winning streak. Reigning MVP Sisi Rondina led the charge with 16 points, supported by middle blocker Cherry Nunag with 12 points.

PLDT High Speed Hitters Triumph Over Akari Chargers

The PLDT High Speed Hitters also secured a spot at the top with a 25-17, 25-20, 25-19 victory over the Akari Chargers. Resurgent middle blocker Majoy Baron and team top scorer Savi Davison contributed significantly to PLDT’s fourth straight win.

Coaches’ Perspectives

PLDT head coach Rald Ricafort emphasized the importance of maintaining peak performance after the break, while Choco Mucho head coach Dante Alinsunurin praised his players’ performance and expressed his satisfaction with the team’s progress.

Player Performances

Libero Alyssa Eroa led the Highrisers with 14 excellent digs and 6 excellent receptions, while Akari received contributions from Dindin Santiago-Manabat and Erika Raagas.
