Introducing One Taguig FC in the Philippines Football League
National team standouts Stephan Schrock, Kevin Ingreso, and Misagh Bahadoran are set to lead the debut of One Taguig FC in the Philippines Football League, which now features a record 15 teams.
New Beginnings with Experienced Players
One Taguig FC, a new addition to the league, is bringing in a mix of seasoned veterans and promising talents to compete in the highly competitive Philippines Football League. The team is gearing up for their debut match against Manila Montet FC at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.
A Strong Lineup and Ambitious Goals
With national team midfielder Kevin Ingreso, along with Stephan Schrock and Misagh Bahadoran as co-captains, One Taguig FC is aiming to challenge the top contenders in the league. General manager Ace Bright and head coach Jovanie Villagracia are leading the team towards success.
Aside from their star players, One Taguig FC has also recruited local talents and international players to strengthen their roster and compete not only in the PFL but also to qualify for prestigious tournaments like the AFC Cup and the AFC Champions League.
A Symbolic Logo Reflecting History and Progress
The logo of One Taguig FC pays homage to the city’s rich heritage and its journey to modernity. Featuring the Napindan Lighthouse, a historic landmark where Katipunan once met during Spanish colonization, the crest signifies Taguig’s past and present economic prosperity symbolized by the skyscrapers in Bonifacio Global City.
The logo also includes 38 leaves representing Taguig’s barangays, showcasing the city’s growth and development across various sectors, including agriculture.
