Columbia University Pro-Palestinian Protests
New York City’s Columbia University, known for being at the center of pro-Palestinian protests that have sparked controversy on college campuses nationwide, took action on Monday by suspending student demonstrators who refused to comply with an ultimatum to disperse.

During the night, protesters took over a campus building, barricading themselves inside. Additionally, other demonstrators formed a human chain outside the building, as seen in videos shared on social media.
