Patrick Florencio, one of the visionaries behind Nonie’s, expressed his excitement about this new venture, stating, “This is our first branch outside Boracay. Nonie’s underwent a rebranding journey, led by branding expert Amanda Harbrow, resulting in a fresh logo and visual identity. The new look reflects the brand’s evolution from island life to city living, while staying true to its Filipino roots.
Culinary Delights
Nonie’s Alabang menu features island favorites such as Cavite-style Chicken and Pork Adobo, 72-hour Crispy Pork Belly, Flame-grilled Chicken, and Tempeh Kare-Kare. The restaurant also offers new creations tailored to the Alabang community’s palate.

The new 35-seater Nonie’s location at Molito Lifestyle Center is pet-friendly and welcomes reservations for individuals, groups, and private functions. Operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends, offering a range of dining options throughout the day.
