This range is formulated with over 94 percent natural-origin ingredients and each bottle is crafted from 100 percent recycled ocean-bound plastic.
The Impact of Plastic Pollution on Oceans
- Every year, 14 million tons of plastics enter the ocean, equivalent to the weight of over 140,000 blue whales.
- By 2050, the weight of plastics in the ocean is projected to surpass that of fish, with ocean-bound plastic being a major contributor.
- Ocean-bound plastic is defined as abandoned plastic waste located within 50km from shores where waste management is lacking, affecting at least 700 marine species and resulting in the deaths of 100 million marine animals annually.

The range consists of shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, all formulated with over 94 percent natural origin ingredients and packaged in 100 percent recycled ocean-bound plastic bottles.

Ngai emphasized the importance of every decision in protecting the planet and announced the expansion of Sustainable Choices products to 9,700. These products include skincare, hair care, and personal care items, making sustainable living more accessible to customers. By embracing sustainable choices, customers can “Look Good, Do Good, and Feel Great” while contributing to environmental conservation.
Availability and Features
Naturals by Watsons’ Special Edition Blue Beauty range is set to launch in Watsons Stores across the Philippines by mid-May. The clean beauty line is free of 20 unwanted ingredients and features formulations enriched with certified organic Algae sourced from Portugal, providing deep hydration benefits through natural ingredients.
