Experience the Transformation of Luneta’s Pocket Garden
On April 3, one of Luneta’s pocket gardens underwent a remarkable transformation into a lively food park. More than 30 food joints participated, offering a diverse range of dishes that included Cebu lechon, chicken inasal, Ilocos empanada, Bicol Express, and other iconic Filipino delicacies that embody the spirit of celebration.

The event featured a variety of traditional Filipino dishes that delighted the taste buds of attendees. From savory lechon to spicy Bicol Express, the food park showcased the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines.
A Cultural Gathering
During the launch of the food park, notable figures such as DoT Undersecretary Myra Paz Abubakar, Malaysia Ambassador Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino Anthony, Thailand Ambassador Tull Traisorat, and National Commission for Culture and Arts Executive Director Oscar Caysasay came together for a traditional Filipino salo-salo lunch, symbolizing unity and cultural exchange.
