Phoenix Fuel Masters’ Victory Over NLEX Road Warriors

Phoenix Fuel Masters showcased a dominant performance against NLEX Road Warriors in the PBA Philippine Cup, securing a 112-77 victory at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

RJ Jazul’s Three-Point Barrage

RJ Jazul led the charge for Phoenix Fuel Masters with an impressive display of long-range shooting. He knocked down 6 of his 9 three-point attempts, finishing with a game-high 19 points in just 22 minutes of play.

Efficient Shooting Display

Phoenix’s sharpshooting was on full display as they shot an efficient 17-of-33 from beyond the arc as a team. In contrast, NLEX struggled from three-point range, converting only 11 of their 50 attempts.

Key Performances

Aside from Jazul’s stellar performance, Kenneth Tuffin contributed 17 points with a perfect 3-of-3 shooting from three-point territory. Jayjay Alejandro and Kent Salado also made significant contributions with two triples each.

Game Highlights

Phoenix took control of the game early on and never looked back. Despite a brief comeback attempt by NLEX in the third quarter, the Fuel Masters maintained their composure and extended their lead to as many as 39 points in the final period.
