Tragic Bus Crash in Indonesia
On a graduation trip, a bus carrying high school students met with a tragic accident on Indonesia’s biggest island, resulting in the loss of eleven lives and leaving many others injured.
Details of the Accident
The bus, transporting over 60 students and teachers from Depok to Lembang, crashed at 6:48 p.m. on a Saturday evening. The students, who had just celebrated their graduation, were on a school trip when the bus lost control, tilted to the left, and collided with a car and three motorbikes.
Victims of the Accident
Among the casualties, nine were students, and one was a teacher. Additionally, one motorcyclist lost their life, 13 individuals sustained serious injuries, and 40 others suffered minor injuries.

While the local traffic police chief suspected a brake malfunction in the bus, investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the tragic incident.
